By YOUR Standard of Clean . . . Or By Ours, Whichever Is GREATER!

Upholstery Cleaning

We specialize in cleaning virtually all types of upholstery, including fine and delicate fabrics.  Most of the upholstery cleaning we do is done with a wet method; however, we also offer Dry-Cleaning for extremely sensitive fabrics.

We do not do a quick-once-over type of cleaning when it comes to upholstery cleaning.  We typically do a two-step process where we first apply a pre-conditioner/pre-spray to all the fabric and then thoroughly steam extract it.

Because of cleaning process that we do, and the amount of time it takes, our prices for upholstery cleaning tend to be higher than most companies.  Many companies will spend 30-60 minutes on a typical (3-seater) sofa and charge $80-$120.  With our process it typically takes about two hours to do a full cleaning on a typical (3-seater) sofa and the cost for this type of cleaning is around $175-$225 (depending on the type of fabric and the design of the sofa).

Occasionally, customers are interested in having us just clean the portions of furniture that are showing soil, rather than cleaning the entire piece.  When a customer is interested in having that done, we are happy to provide that type of cleaning and the price is adjusted accordingly/proportionately.  When this is done, it often looks like the whole piece was cleaned.

Fabric Protection

If you are interested, we can help keep your upholstery look better and stay clean longer with the use of quality fabric protector.

For delicate fabrics we offer Prochem® Fluorosil II Protector which is a solvent-based protector that guards against soils and spills and helps make upholstery easier to clean. Prochem® Fluorosil II Protector contains no ozone-depleting solvents.

If you are interested in having a fabric protector applied, please be sure to let us know when scheduling.  That way, we can make sure we have allowed enough time in our schedule for the application process and we can make sure we have the necessary amount of product with us when we arrive.
