My service was performed in May 2020. I had crimps in carpet that had been there since installation that I thought would never come out. I had a sofa that had never been cleaned in its 25 year existence that I thought would never look nice again. After some TLC from Cal, not only were my carpets the cleanest they had ever been, but the carpet crimping had released and the sofa looked like new! I really had a hard time believing Cal was able to do what he did, and at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend his service!
