I found Cal through Google and gave him a call. When I asked about his availability to clean my carpet he was unable to do the work because he was fully booked. He apologized and made me feel like my request and business were important to him. I waited — about 5 weeks — for my carpets to be cleaned. He called a few days before the appointment to confirm time of arrival and how long the work would take. He arrived within the window and got right to work. When he finished, the carpets look amazing! I also had him clean two upholstered chairs that turned out very well. I recommend Cal for your carpet cleaning needs.
