Cal cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and the master bedroom closet. The carpets are at least 10 years old and the closet carpet had never before been cleaned. Cal kept me apprised as to what he was doing and what to expect when he left (drying time, etc.). They came out looking great. High traffic areas disappeared and the closet carpet looks like new.
